Rachael Bisnett , Stantec
Rachael Bisnett is a Geotechnical Engineer at Stantec with domestic and international experience in the analysis, design, and construction of hydroelectric projects, dams, tunnels, navigation and water conveyance canals, shallow and deep foundations, cofferdams, and permanent and temporary earth retaining structures. She graduated from Purdue University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering. Rachael is a licensed professional engineer and currently serves as Chairperson of the USSD Committee on Embankment Dams. She is currently the Project Technical Lead for the construction of the Red Rock Hydroelectric Project, and was the Lead Geotechnical Engineer during design.
