Mustafa Altinakar , NCCHE, the University of Mississippi
Dr. Mustafa Altinakar is Director and Research Professor at the National Center for Computational Hydroscience and Engineering (NCCHE), the University of Mississippi. He has MS and BS degrees in Civil Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, and a PhD in Hydraulics and a Masters in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland. Before joining the NCCHE, he served as the Acting Director at the Hydraulic Research Laboratory at EPFL. Member of ASCE, IAHR, ASFPM and ASDSO, he co-authored 2 textbooks, and published more than 150 journal articles, conference papers, and articles in online encyclopedias.
